“In early 1990 the City of Waukegan purchased the Recordables Workers’ Compensation program to manage and automate the OSHA 200/300 form and logs. Recordables continues to offer exceptional service and is available to listen to suggestions for improvements. We recently had problems with programming our computers with upgrades due to IT staffing and Recordables has assisted us by installing upgrades as part of their service to the City of Waukegan so we are able to maintain the most efficient and effective program for our Workers’ Compensation claims. I recently recommended the City of Waukegan review the Family Medical Leave Act program provided by Recordables in our Human Resources Department. The City of Waukegan is looking further into the Auto accident program and Certificates of Insurance programs for the City. I am very pleased with all aspects of the software and services provided to the City of Waukegan by Recordables and recommend the products to municipalities."
